With the application for an RMA number, our warranty provisions and the RMA terms are accepted.
To ensure fast and successful processing, here are some notes:
The RMA number will be sent to you immediately after you have completed this page. However, no RMA has been applied for yet. This is only done when you have filled out our RMA form completely and sent it off. By issuing the RMA number and sending the RMA form, your application has not yet been approved. In principle, our General Terms and Conditions apply.
As a defect declared product is tested at macle. If no defect can be found, we must return the goods to you for a fee.
Incorrectly-ordered merchandise are generally excluded from return. We reserve the right, in justified exceptional cases, to take back and refund in-stock products, but only if they remain in their unopened, original packaging. Here we charge a restocking fee of 15%, or at least 25€. The manufacturer's seal must not be broken under any circumstances! Please do not write on, label, or damage the original packaging of the product! The return of order-related-ordered goods is generally excluded, though we will be happy to consider the possibility of an individual repurchase offer.
New products are subject to full manufacturing guarantee and must be transacted by the respective manufacturer. Within the first 30 days after delivery are DOA-cases accepted.
The RMA form confirmed by us must be clearly visible from the outside of the packaging along with the RMA number. The return must take place within 7 business days. Please understand that returns without an RMA number will be not be accepted. The accessories belonging to the product must also be returned. We assume no liability for the return of additional accessories. The assignment of an RMA number does not automatically entitle you to a credit for the product.
Please note that software and warranty extensions cannot be returned.
